About the Site

The Site is provided by Santa Maria Burgers as informational. It describes our menu, location, and lets you contact us. It is not used to process online orders or take payment. Ordering happens in person.

Menu, pricing, and availability

Menu items, descriptions, and prices shown on the Site are for general information. Actual availability, ingredients, and pricing may vary and change over time. Please confirm current details with us before relying on them.

Intellectual property

The Santa Maria Burgers name, logo, recipes, photography, and content on the Site are owned by Santa Maria Burgers or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through the contact form.
Attempt to interfere with the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or other users' access.

Allergens and food safety

Please notify our staff in person of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While we take care, our kitchens handle wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of cross-contact.

Text messages

Santa Maria Burgers sends text messages only to people who opt in by checking a text-message box on our contact form or our homepage email signup. There are two separate options, and you can choose either, both, or neither:

Replies about your message: answers to the question or feedback you sent us. Message frequency varies.
Offers and news: occasional promotions and restaurant news, up to 4 messages a month.

Texts may be sent using automated technology, including AI-assisted replies. When you are texting with an automated assistant, it will say so, and you can ask for a person at any time. Opting in is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will confirm by text and send nothing further on that program. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact form. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is handled; mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
